Silver Lake
This was the 1st oil painting created Minnesota State Art Board Grant in 2022. I was so honored to receive this grant. It allowed me to create 6 large scale paintings - plein air - painting in the outdoors. I wanted to investigate and see how and what the reactions would be. I found plein air painting created positive encounters, great conversations and community engagement!
